Olivia is a return guest to the HTYC podcast. When she first came on the show, she had climbed the corporate ladder quickly and was the Manager of Talent and Organizational Development at Taylor Morrison.  There she specialized in everything from strategy development and project management to process improvement and data analytics, she was also in charge of her company’s talent acquisition process from end-to-end!
